Two Extreme Views of Horoscope

Horoscope is not meant to limit what can happen, but to help us understand what has happened and prepare for what will happen.

There are two extreme views of horoscope. One, held by some of those who frequent horoscope sites, is that fates are decided by horoscope and that decisions should be made based on horoscope.

In fact, horoscope has great influence on your personality. But your personality is not the only factor that decides your fate. You can overcome the shortcomings in your personality with your will power. If you do everything the way you feel like doing, you will be limited by your personality and your fate will indeed be decided by horoscope. But if you learn from others or you are pushed by yourself or other people, things can happen differently to you. Horoscope is just one factor in our life that we should examine. It is not the only factor. You can read more on this here.

The other extreme view of horoscope is held by many Christians who dismiss horoscope all together. As a result, they make the exact mistakes that are predicted by horoscope. This is because they do not learn from horoscope about the weaknesses in their personalities. They let their fates be limited by the weaknesses in their personalities. In other words, they let their fates be decided by horoscope.

To sum up, we should study horoscope to avoid making the kind of mistakes that can be predicted by horoscope, but should not make decisions based on horoscope.

I know exactly what you mean. I am Aquarius as well, I bump heads with my cousin who is a Taurus all the time. A friend of mine is as well, and Also my nephew. They have a personality as if they know it all. Everything is wrong in there eyes until they do it, than it’s right. They know everything and if they don’t they know someone who has, and it did not come out, ok (yeah negative). Honey life is to short- I am fortunate to not have any these people as my life long partner, so if I were you I would leave.

We are free spirits, we love humor. Love to have fun be our selves and share our wonderful personality! We attract many people with this. Once we see someone who thinks they know everything- and “try’s” to corrupt our minds with there thoughts, we back away. That is one thing I know about Aquarius, we stick to facts, unless proven other wise.:)

Apparently some people still think asoroltgy = the horoscopes they read in the newspaper! LOLHoroscopes only deal with a tiny fraction of , the Sun, because that fits best in a small space and is easiest to look up. Astrology does NOT try to fit everyone into 12 boxes. Contrary to popular belief, it has never been “debunked” by science because the ones trying to debunk it stop at the newspaper columns and never explore the subject in its entirety. In fact, most of the arguments used against it show a total and utter lack of understanding of what asoroltgy actually is and what it actually does. How do I use asoroltgy in everyday life? I use it to understand myself and the important people in my life better, to time my actions with greater success (scheduling writing time around good Mercury aspects for example), to understand the life cycles I’m going through, etc.I don’t believe the planets “make” anything happen to you, they’re only reflecting what is already happening via synchronicity. So when it comes to “predictions,” I feel is only able to predict archetypally. A particular aspect can play out in an infinite number of ways, but it can not “just mean anything,” it will stick to the archetypal themes of the planets, signs, houses and aspects involved. So I would say it can give me a kind of “mood” of a particular day, not the specific events that will happen. Generally I tend to have a better day if I’m acting in line with that “mood.”To me, it’s no more “fortune-telling” than estimating when a child will lose their baby teeth or forecasting the weather, and there’s no such thing as being 100% accurate. We’re astrologers: no powers expressed or implied. How often is the weather-man-or-woman 100% accurate? Yet they still keep their jobs and aren’t ridiculed for it.
